Clinical Trials

A letter from our chief Medical Officer

Dear Current and Potential Patients,

At Shattuck, our core mission is to “work with a sense of urgency, focused on scientific excellence and thoughtful stewardship of resources, to translate innovative ideas into medicines that improve the lives of patients with serious diseases.”

Without you, our patient volunteers, we cannot conduct the important clinical research that is the key to developing breakthrough medicines for the treatment of cancer. You put your trust in us and at Shattuck, we take this trust very seriously by designing our clinical trials to answer important questions. In our clinical trials, we evaluate the safety and effectiveness of our investigational immunotherapies. As a means of honoring that trust, we conduct biomarker research with the goal of identifying patients who are most likely to benefit from one of our medicines. We are grateful to our patients who volunteer to participate in our clinical trials and we appreciate our patient volunteers providing blood and tumor biopsy samples for biomarker research.

We want to do everything we can to help patients like you benefit from the development of new medicines that can have a meaningful and long-lasting impact on your health and life. As we are reminded each day of our goal to make a difference in the lives of patients, we are grateful to do this in partnership with you.

Thank you!

Lini Pandite, MD

Chief Medical Officer
